I am going to continue giving you good exercises to use in order to better your handling. It is good to get the basics down and get a good feel with the ball. I will probably talk about this in the next couple posts as well. I call this soccer technique the roll over. Have the ball in front of you and place the inner part of the bottom of your foot on the top side of the ball. Place your foot on the side of the ball according to what foot your using. Right foot, right side. Left foot, left side. Than step to the side. While your stepping to the side roll your foot over the ball, making it roll in that direction. So if your using your right foot then step left while rolling your foot to the right over the ball. Do this over and over. Its good to have a destination, like a cone or a tree. Go to that destination using your right foot, and then go back using your left foot. Like every exercise, speed up according to your own pace.
